Injections of free silicone into the body are in my opinion not only an illegal practice but an abomination to be urgently avoided. 

Over the last 2 or 3 years, there has been a trend toward a more natural look.  It used to be that many trans women went over the top, ending up looking like charicatures of thr human female.
