Long term plans & directions.

As you progressively fit more & more comfortably into your new feminine skin, the day will come when you truly cross the gender river, & now seem intuitively female in the eyes of other people.  This happens long before maximal feminization has been fully achieved but it is most gratifying, both for you & for me. Then over the next 5 years or so, further degrees of feminization will inevitably accrue.  During this period you might undergo gender reassignment surgery or then again, you might not.  Or you might get an orchiectomy so as to reduce your hormonal needs, but either way the decisions are yours & only yours to make.  Finally it is important to realize that even after reassignment surgery, sex hormone therapy should be continued, albeit at a lower dosage, for the rest of your life.
